The retreat is suitable for children aged 6+, but due to the steep and uneven terrain we advise you to supervise your children at all times.
All chalets are pet friendly except Rock Shadow Chalet and Tongkat Ali Chalet. Each pet will be charged RM40 for chalet; RM50 for villa huts (max 4) with a security deposit of RM200 per chalet upon reservation. This will be returned after inspection and within 3 working days. Please supervise your pet, pick up after them and respect other guests. Our full Pet Policy can be found in the link below.
Guests are required to park at a designated spot nearest your dwelling and at their own risk.
We will prepare the number of beds based on the number of people included in your booking. Our chalets and villa huts are designed to accommodate additional guests on campbeds/mattresses (based on your room type) at an additional cost of RM40 (per person/chalet) and RM50 (per person/villa hut). Bedding is provided.
